Color/Winter Guard Program
Bellbrook has an extensive colorguard and winterguard program beginning in
the junior high school. The colorguard is an integral part of the marching program and
includes some 40 to 50 flag and weapons members.
The winterguard program has been awarded top honors in
Ohio state competitions. The Junior High School received first place (winter 1997) in the
Moving Flag Line category with their performance of "Cruella Deville" from the
Disney film One Hundred and One Dalmations .The Junior Varsity Winterguard also
received first place honors at the state competition while the Senior Varsity Winterguard
placed fifth (winter 1997). In 2002, the Senior Varsity
Winterguard program Spain earned them a semi-finalist
position in the WGI World Championships Scholastic A division.
