Dear Bellbrook Invitational participants, parents and spectators,

On behalf of Sugarcreek Local Schools, Bellbrook High School, and the Marching Eagles, I would like to extend a heartfelt welcome to you, your students, parents, and supporters to the 16th Annual Bellbrook High School Fall Marching Band Invitational.  Our festival strives to provide a positive educational venue for your students to perform, spectators to be entertained, and directors and staff to receive valuable, constructive feedback.  This year we will be serving an audience of 16 competing bands, and we are extremely pleased you are a part of this event.

This year the format of our festival has changed slightly due to renovations to our school and surrounding parking areas.  We will be holding two separate competitions with an extended dinner break in between.  The first competition will feature our A and AA competing bands.  The second competition will feature our AAA and Open class competing bands.  Each competition will have its own awards ceremony following the last competing band.

We ask that all spectators, and schools depart after the conclusion of the first competition to help alleviate parking congestion.  If you are competing in the first competition and wish to stay for the second competition, we ask that you contact the Bellbrook Music Department as soon as possible at 937.848.6233 with your request.  Again, to ensure a positive experience for everyone involved, logistically and in performance, we ask that everyone do their best to assist us in accommodating our performing groups within this adjusted format.  Next year we should up and running as normal.  Thank you for your understanding and assistance.

Best of luck to all of the performing units, and thank you again for attending the 16th Annual Bellbrook Fall Marching Band Invitational.

Musically Yours,

David G. Carbone
