Thanks so much to everyone who helped make our ice breaker / ice cream social a success last night!  The festivities after were great, and the kids were fabulous during practice!  It was a lot of fun to hear the 2007 Marching Eagles playing together for the first time!

            *NOTE – if all goes well on Thursday, I would LOVE to give the kids this afternoon off.  If we don’t need the rehearsal, we will cancel it.  Don’t make plans til you hear the announcement for sure, though!

 

Saturday, May 26

1:00pm                      Wind Ensemble / Graduation band report to Nutter Center

1:30pm                      Pre – graduation concert begins

2pm                            Graduation
3:15 – 3:30pm          Approximate dismissal from graduation / load truck

 

Tuesday, May 29

4:00 – 5:30pm          Drum Major clinic

 

*Don’t forget to make your recordings for your final exam…due the day of your exam…

*Sign ups for the June 2^nd leadership auditions will be posted Friday.  ALL SQUAD LEADER CANDIDATES NEED TO BE PRESENT FOR THE DRUM MAJOR PORTION OF THE AUDITION TO SERVE AS THE MAKESHIFT BAND FOR THE DRUM MAJORS TO INSTRUCT…

*Summer car washes begin June 2^nd!!  Thanks to Mrs. Easter for organizing this fund raiser!  Please see the attachment to check your section’s assigned day.  If you are unable to attend the car wash to which you have been assigned, you must trade with a member of another section on a day you ARE able to attend!
