This is the horizontal rule for WGI. Entrance into the gym is from the front right side if you are facing the audience. Exit from the gym will be the back right side if you were facing the audience. Props and Equipment: If you pull around the back side(east side) of school this is where you will unload your floor and props (look for signs). Please make sure you check in first at the unit entrance. Unit Entrance to Building: Located at the right side of the school (look for signs). All Staff and members will need to enter through this entrance. If you have attended a MEPA show already this year you have your staff passes already. If you have not attended a show you will receive your passes when you check in. Videos: Video taping is not permitted at any MEPA show by any individuals other than video person provided by the Sponsor. Please inform your parents about this rule. Anyone caught video taping will have their tape confiscated and could cause disqualification for the unit they are affiliated with. Bellbrook will
provide a videographer to digitally record your unit during their
performance as well as supply the DVDs. |
